Movement
To move is to feel presence in action. Every posture, breath and shift of weight shapes a story of connection between body, mind and moment.
The power of presence in motion
To witness movement is to honor the stillness within the practice. There is a moment when awareness deepens and the outside world fades. That is where I aim my lens. To capture the pulse of concentration.
Process and flow
I don’t really choreograph, I follow and observe. I watch how the light falls, how the posture is shaped by breath and rhythm. Part anticipation, part instinct to catch the power.
Energy and reflection
A photograph of movement holds at least two sides: the visible energy of the body and the invisible state of the mind. The feeling that is carried through.
